Microbiological Test

Microbiological Test
Microbiological tests are of great importance for the safety of cosmetic products and consumer health. The ingredients in your products may carry a risk of microorganism contamination. For this reason, our products are subjected to microbiological tests during the production and product development stages to ensure their safety before offering them to the consumer.
Microbiological tests on cosmetic products are carried out on the following parameters:
  • Total aerobic mesophilic bacteria count,
  • Total mold-yeast count,
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,
  • staphylococcus aureus ,
  • Escherichia coli ,
  • Candida albicans
These tests are performed to evaluate the microbiological quality of your products and to ensure that they are presented safely to the consumer.
However, there are some cases where microbiological tests are not necessary. For example, physico -chemical criteria such as pH level or alcohol can affect the analysis result. Microbiological tests may not be needed in the following cases:
Physico -Chemical Factor Limit Value Product
pH ≤3.0 Skin Peeling ( containing Glycolic acid)
pH ≥10.0 Conditioners
Ethanol and Other Alcohols ≥ 20% Hair Sprays, Tonics , Perfumes
Filling Temperature ≥65.0 0 C Lip moisturizers, Lipsticks , Cream blushes
Products with Solvent Infrastructure   Nail Polishes / Nail Products
Oxidizing Products   Hair Dyes
Aluminum Products containing chlorohydrate ≥ 25% Antiperspirants containing antiperspirants

The safety and satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Therefore, we are committed to carrying out the necessary tests meticulously to ensure the microbiological quality of your products.
